The (probably) most iconic fashion campaigns of all time find themselves immortalised in a new book.
WORDS Adam Bryce
One of the world’s most in-demand fashion photographers, Glen Luchford, made his name with what are considered some of the best campaign imagery of all time. The Prada campaigns of 1996 – 1998, however, are his crowning glory and the final shots and out-takes make up the contents of a new book release.
Luchford was part of a group of photographers who made 90s fashion imagery iconic alongside the likes of David Sims, Mario Sorrenti and Juergen Teller. His work is synonymous with bringing about lo-fi grit to the glamourous world of high fashion. He created iconic imagery that are still very much a part of today’s zeitgeist which inspire a new generation of photographers.
Releasing this week via IDEA, Glen Luchford Prada 96-98 is an add-to-wishlist for any fashion or photography fan.
