A very special pop-up online store goes live ft. art, photography, painting, sculpture, apparel, jewellery, publications, ceramics and more.

If 2020 wasn’t tumultuous enough, a huge explosion occurred on the 4th of August in the Lebanese capital of Beirut, killing more than 200 people and injuring over 5,000. The effects of the blast wreaking havoc with the already deeply troubled economy and leaving thousands in desperate need of help.

In light of the crisis, French-Lebanese Ulysse Sabbagh and sisters Laura and Sophie Tabet partnered with fellow Lebanese friends Flavie Audi and Emilie Kareh to create a charitable initiative, Beirut Re-Store. The online shop plays host to a considered curation of art and design goods, all generously donated by emerging and established creatives.

You’ll spot some very rare and in-demand items from the likes of Harley Weir, Jamie Hawkesworth, Grace Wales Bonner, Ashley Williams, JW Anderson, Brianna Capozzi, Craig Green, Faye Wei Wei, Kiko Kostadinov, John Pawson and more.

The virtual marketplace will run until January 2021 with all raised funds donated to non-governmental organisations vetted by the Beirut Emergency Fund 2020.
